The rear wheel arch is made of lightweight yet extremely resistant carbon fiber, which is ideal for protecting the motorcycle from dirt and damage.

Ilmberger uses pre-impregnated carbon fiber matrices for high-quality carbon. The volume of the fibers is determined by dimensions, and the arrangement of the individual fibers is defined.

The matrix is then hand-laminated without air bubbles and double-coated with a protective layer. An added transparent varnish layer protects and emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure. After curing in an autoclave, the carbon components meet even the highest requirements.

This wheel arch is 70% lighter than the standard part.
