One of the most interesting things about the R18 is the visible cardan shaft, which is hidden under covers on other models. Thanks to the fact that it is factory-plated with nickel, the use of lighting means that in the dark we will get an electrifying impression on others.

The BMW brand used a partial harness of cables in the original design of the motorcycle that allows you to mount this lighting on a Plug & Play basis. The switch is hidden under the right side cover, which makes it easily accessible to the driver.

Characteristics:

• When the ignition is turned off, the light is automatically turned off
• The power supply fuse connects to a DIN socket via the onboard system, so no additional fuse is required
• Buttons and lighting come with vehicle-specific mounts and are discreetly integrated into the vehicle
