The PURE license plate conversion was created for BMW motorcycles from the R 18 and R 18 Classic series. It is for anyone who wants a more purist rear end.
The conversion kit includes brackets for additional turn signals and a hinged, purist designed license plate holder that is too attractive to disappear behind the license plate.
Both consist of high-quality, durable stainless steel that is powder coated black. The (removable) rear reflector creates a subtle accent at the base of the license plate. Includes E-approved LED license plate light.
The components are simply screwed onto the provided attachment points. The conversion kit is available for turn signals with M5 or M8 thread.
The conversion comes with a smart cable set with integrated electronics, which was produced specifically for the BMW R 18. It connects the license plate light as well as the turn signal, tail/brake light combination to the Cruiser's wiring harness.
Note: The license plate holder is designed to hold the license plate and is only approved in conjunction with the license plate light.
