Tuning set increasing capacity from 800 to 1000 ccm R80 in all models before 09.1980.

Power is increased to 60 kW KM/44 (in models R 80 G / S, ST, GS), and 64 kW KM/47 (in models of tourism R 80). 30% more torque: 73 Nm 57 Nm instead of the factory in the R 80 GS. Better acceleration, less fuel consumption guaranted. 

Set does not require changes in the heads, just replace the pistons and cylinders.
In set: nikasil coated cylinders, pistons coated with molybdenum to be 150 g lighter than the original, piston bolts of security, a set of piston rings.

NOTE : set doesn't include gaskets.
