Lithium soap and mineral oil based grease with PD (plastic deformation) additive package.
The grease is intended for long-term lubrication and high mechanical loads, for lubricating the spline of the inner sleeve of the clutch disc and the clutch shaft.
It can be successfully used on other spline connections, e.g. cardan shafts.
If the connection is not properly lubricated, tribocorrosion may occur on the joined profiles.
ATTENTION: for the spline of the coupling, excess grease must be removed!Characteristics:
- optimal protection against wear in a large load range,
- smoothing the existing surface roughness,
- significant reduction of the coefficient of friction,
- resistant to the passage of time and shear stability,
- resistant to cold and hot water,
- particularly adhesive, resistant to dirt and water,
- excellent protection against corrosion.
